Quick start

First automated process

We automate one well-described process from end to end, enable monitoring, and compare agreed indicators before and after. From 3,000 PLN.

The First Automated Process is a focused implementation of one repeatable workflow that starts with a defined event and ends in a measurable result. It turns a suitable task into a working, monitored process instead of an open-ended automation programme.

When it is the right start

  • The team repeats a rule-based task every day or week.
  • Information moves manually between a small number of systems.
  • The outcome can be measured: time saved, cases routed, errors avoided, or response time.
  • You want proof of value before committing to a broader transformation.

What we do

We map the current flow, define the start, steps, exceptions, and result, then connect the necessary systems and build the smallest reliable path. We add logs, monitoring, and an alert or handoff for exceptions. Before and after launch, we compare the metrics agreed at the outset.

Where a fixed rule is enough, we keep the solution deterministic. Where a document or message needs interpretation, we can add a controlled model layer with explicit boundaries and human review.

What you receive

  • a documented process map and acceptance criteria;
  • one live end-to-end automation with agreed integrations;
  • logs, monitoring, and an exception path;
  • a before-and-after metric comparison;
  • code and documentation for further development.

The fixed starting scope begins at 3,000 PLN. Final scope depends on steps, integrations, and whether a model is needed for a decision. For several linked processes, see business process automation; to choose candidates first, begin with an AI audit.

FAQ

Which process should we choose first?

Choose one that repeats often and has clear rules: the effect is fastest and easiest to measure. If you have several candidates, we choose together in a first conversation or AI audit.

What if we do not continue?

Code, documentation, and agreed access arrangements remain on your side. Operation can still depend on hosting, APIs, and external-tool fees; we identify all such dependencies before launch.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes, for the agreed scope of one process. If you add steps during delivery, we estimate them separately before work begins.

What if our process is too large for three weeks?

We say so before starting and show two options: split it into stages or run a larger automation project.

What exactly does one process mean?

One input event, an agreed sequence of steps, and one verifiable outcome—for example, a new enquiry enters CRM, receives a category and owner. Several independent flows are a broader package.
