AI Audit is a short diagnosis of processes, data, and ideas that points to a few possible AI or automation applications and recommends a first, verifiable step. It is not a promise of ROI or a technical design for a full transformation. Its purpose is to help you decide what to test, what to park, and what not to do at all.

What we check in the audit

Every candidate goes through the same questions:

• how often the process occurs and how many manual steps it contains;
• whether the outcome can be evaluated unambiguously;
• what data and systems are needed and who has access to them;
• what impact an error could have and where a human must stay in the loop;
• whether a process change or automation without a model would suffice;
• what the smallest pilot would be that delivers proof before a larger spend.

We don't calculate a pretend ROI if the company has no baseline. We then record the data gap and how to close it.

How the AI audit works

1. Brief. We gather goals, process list, systems, and constraints.
2. Workshop. We talk about the real flow of work, exceptions, and data — not tool names.
3. Analysis. We compare automation, integration, an agent, and an organizational change.
4. Recommendation. We pick the first scope, document risks, data gaps, and a success criterion.
5. Review. We walk through the document and answer questions before you decide on further work.

How the audit differs from strategy and design

The audit picks the first opportunity. AI Implementation Strategy structures the company's entire initiative portfolio, while Design & Planning creates the architecture for a specific, chosen solution. We don't sell these three documents under different names.

What happens after the audit

You can stop with the document or move to a small gate: First Process, MVP, or RAG Pilot. For larger scope, a project and phase plan comes first. If you order the build from Condictor, the audit fee deduction terms are written into the offer.
