WordPress developer: care and development
We take over WordPress care: updates, backups, monitoring, fixes, modernisation, and WooCommerce development. Diagnosis first, then scope.
fromPLN 200
WordPress care keeps a working site maintainable, observable, and safe enough for its role in the business. We begin with diagnosis so that the scope reflects the actual code, hosting, plugins, licences, backups, and risks rather than assumptions.
What we do
Depending on the agreed model, care includes updates to WordPress, themes, and plugins; backups; uptime monitoring; security checks; troubleshooting; performance improvements; content or visual changes; and WooCommerce development. We define response times and a change budget at the outset.
Taking over an existing site
Before taking responsibility, we review access, hosting, code and customisations, active plugins, licences, backups, update history, and integrations. We identify urgent risks and recommend priorities. If a site needs a wider architectural change, we can plan a staged WordPress to Next.js migration rather than make a risky leap.
What you receive
- a diagnostic summary and prioritised care scope;
- updates, backups, monitoring, and defined incident response;
- documented changes and visible dependencies;
- an agreed pool for ongoing development;
- transparent recommendations when a repair is no longer economical.
Monthly care starts from 200 PLN. Scope depends on the number and criticality of websites or stores, required response time, and planned change volume. For a new website, see website development; for sales functionality, see online stores and WooCommerce.
FAQ
Do you still work with WordPress if you build applications and AI?
Yes. WordPress can be the right choice for editorial sites, standard functions, and teams that need a mature panel. We maintain and develop such implementations instead of proposing a technology change without a reason.
What does a care retainer include?
WordPress, theme, and plugin updates; backups; availability monitoring; security; and an agreed pool of hours for minor changes. Scope and response time are agreed according to how critical the site is.
Which WooCommerce payment gateways do you support?
PayU, Tpay, Przelewy24, Stripe, and PayPal. For another provider, we check the integration before estimating work.
Do you provide a warranty for completed work?
For work we complete, we provide a 12-month warranty for design and code defects within the agreement scope. It does not cover later changes by others or failures of external services.
Can you take over a site from another supplier?
Yes, after diagnosing code, hosting, plugins, licences, and backups. We first identify condition and risks; we do not promise a blind fix without environment access.
