AI content ops: content, SEO and GEO
We design the content creation and update process with AI assistance, human editing, and optimization for search engines and generative answers.

AI content ops is a repeatable process for planning, creating, verifying, publishing, and updating content with AI models and human accountability. We don't sell an automated "article factory." We build a process where the model accelerates work, and the editor owns facts, usefulness, tone, and the decision to publish.
When you need this
- The publishing schedule keeps slipping because gathering materials, the first draft, and approvals have no owner.
- You have a lot of legacy content and don't know what to refresh, merge, retire, or redirect.
- You want visibility without burning budget on ads.
- The company has expert knowledge, but the copy sounds generic or doesn't show the team's experience.
- You want to measure visibility not only in classic search but also in AI answers — without a promise that the model will pick your page.
What the AI content ops process looks like
| Stage | Model role | Human responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Material gathering | organizes sources and questions | selects sources and the thesis |
| Draft | prepares structure and first version | adds practical knowledge and removes generalities |
| Verification | helps spot gaps and inconsistencies | checks every number, quote, and claim |
| Publication | prepares metadata and distribution variants | approves copy, links, and update date |
| Maintenance | flags content needing review | decides: update, merge, or retire |
The model is not the source of the company's experience. Its value lies in shortening repetitive stages, not replacing the author.
What you get
- a map of topics, intents, and existing content with editorial decisions;
- process rules: roles, acceptance gates, sources, and a fact and quality checklist;
- articles and offer pages with a direct answer, readable structure, and a natural call to action;
- internal linking, metadata, and an update plan tied to a single topic cluster;
- measurement of effects in available data: indexing, queries, entrances, conversions, and observed citations;
- an implementation variant: we can run the process or build it so your team runs it themselves.
Ongoing content management costs approximately 2,500–8,000 PLN per month. A one-off content audit and GEO strategy typically fall in the 3,000–8,000 PLN range, and implementing the process on the client's team side — 8,000–25,000 PLN.
What GEO means in practice
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) prepares content so that an answer system can correctly understand, verify, and cite it. We start with standard SEO: an indexable page, semantic HTML, and consistently named concepts. Then we ensure standalone answers under specific headings, separate fact from experience, and provide sources for claims the reader should be able to check.
We don't create hidden text or "keywords for models." We don't promise citation — source selection depends on systems neither the client nor the provider controls.
How we start working together
First, we audit the site and define which topics the company should be associated with. Then we pick one cluster, set a sustainable cadence, and launch the first content batch. After publication, we return to the data instead of producing more copy in the dark.
Broader technical work and building visibility for the entire site are handled by Organic SEO & Marketing. Within content ops we focus on the editorial process, answer quality, and maintaining the chosen topic area.
What we can show without claiming results
Condictor's own site is built in this mode: content lives in the repository, passes validation, and decisions to keep, merge, and redirect are recorded before publication. That's proof of process. Visibility results can be honestly assessed only after post-launch data collection.
Want to commission ongoing content management or implement this process in-house? Describe the team, current site, and publishing frequency in the brief. If you need direction for the whole company first, start with implementation strategy.
FAQ
So AI writes it for us and no one checks it?
No. Models speed up material gathering and the first draft, but every piece passes through an editor who owns facts, tone, usefulness, and proof of expert knowledge.
Why optimize for AI if we have SEO?
Generative answers can draw on web-available content and cite sources without a classic results list. The foundation stays the same: a technically accessible page, clear answers, authorship, and sources. GEO structures content for correct understanding and citation, but does not guarantee a mention.
Is this a one-off service?
No, it's a monthly subscription: regular production, updates to existing content, and a visibility report. Organic visibility grows over months, not weeks.
Do we need to pay for ads on top?
No. The core of the service is organic visibility, with no mandatory media budget. If paid distribution or a valuable external publication could support a specific goal, we present it as a separate option with a transparent cost.
Who has already gone through this process?
This site is our own implementation of the process: inventory, decisions to keep, rewrite, merge, or retire content, AI-assisted editing, linking, and validation in the repository. We show the method; we don't yet attribute results we haven't measured.
How does AI content ops differ from a regular SEO service?
AI content ops structures how a team plans, creates, verifies, publishes, and updates content. Organic SEO covers more broadly: site technology, indexing, information architecture, and visibility of the entire property.
