Tell us what you are working on. We will come back with a focused question or a practical next step.
The simplest way to find out whether we are a good fit is to talk. There is no sales department to pass you on: you write to the people who will later build the project.
Get to the point quickly
You do not need a finished specification or technical knowledge. Tell us:
- what you want to achieve—the problem you face or the change you need;
- how you work today—spreadsheets, an off-the-shelf system, manual work, or an old website;
- what constrains you—a deadline, indicative budget, or systems that need integration.
Three sentences are enough. If you do not know something, write “I don't know”; we will ask. That is a normal part of the process, not a lack of preparation.
What happens after you send a message
- We respond, usually on the same or next working day. A person responsible for the project conversation reviews the message; the form does not generate an automatic estimate.
- We talk in a short online meeting about the goal, data, and constraints. It is free and carries no commitment.
- You receive a proposal with stages, an indicative estimate, and timing. If a simpler or less expensive solution makes more sense, we will say so plainly. We will also say if we are not the right team.
Everything you share with us is treated as confidential.
A larger project? Start with a brief
For an application, process automation, or an AI system, the brief gets us to specifics faster. It asks about the business goal, processes, data sources, integrations, budget, and timing—the information needed for an estimate. It takes a few minutes and lets us answer with a proposal rather than another list of questions.
No time for that? Send a normal two-sentence message. We can complete the brief together during the conversation.
Remote work across Poland and Europe
We work remotely with companies in Poland and Europe. Whether your office is in Gorlice, Kraków, Warsaw, or outside Poland, meetings happen online and code, documentation, deployment, and monitoring stay within one process.
If you prefer a phone call or regular email, the details are on this page. You can also see how we work and what we build with.
