Tell us about your project

A few details are enough for us to suggest a sensible next step, with no obligation.

Tell us about your project

The goal, context and the change you expect after launch are the most useful starting points. You do not need a finished specification.

Project brief

Let’s build a useful starting point

Four short steps help us understand your context, scope and project constraints.

Step 1 of 4Context

What do you want to change today?

Describe the current situation and the outcome that should matter to the business or users.

What is the project about?
What stage is it at?
Who will use the solution?

You can select both the team and customers.

For example: we manually copy email enquiries into our CRM and spend time fixing errors.

For example: reduce handling from two days to a few minutes and serve more customers.

+How the brief works and what happens next

A brief contains the questions we would ask in an initial conversation anyway. Completing it turns “it depends” into a concrete proposal with scope, stages, and an indicative price range.

Why complete it

  • Get a meaningful estimate instead of a range from one thousand to one hundred thousand. An application's cost depends on screens, integrations, and security requirements; without that information, any number would be guesswork.
  • Save time on both sides. Rather than three rounds of questions by email, we can discuss the solution immediately.
  • Bring order to the project. The brief can reveal that the problem differs from the initial assumption—or can be solved with a smaller scope.

How it works

The brief has four short steps: project context, scope of the first stage, constraints, and a contact summary. You do not need every answer: continue with what you already know.

The brief assistant supports the form; it is not a separate channel. Describe the situation in your own words and it will ask for missing information one or two questions at a time, showing which brief fields it filled and why. Every suggestion stays visible and can be corrected before sending.

Once sufficient information is collected, you will see an indicative net price range. The model does not invent it: the application selects an appropriate item from a fixed price list. That keeps estimates repeatable and makes their assumptions clear from the start.

How long it takes

A short brief takes a few minutes; a larger, complex project may take around fifteen. Contact details are requested only when you submit the enquiry.

You do not have to complete everything

If a question is unclear, say so. The brief is there to help us understand the project, not to test your preparation. If you do not know the realistic budget or integrations, describe what you use in the business and we will establish the rest together.

Do not enter passwords, access credentials, or sensitive data in the conversation. Contact details from the form are not passed to the assistant.

Completing the brief does not commit you to anything. We treat submitted information as confidential even if we do not work together.

What happens next

  1. Submission confirmation appears immediately and the enquiry reaches us directly.
  2. Response usually arrives on the same or next working day. If something is missing, we ask in one email rather than five.
  3. Conversation is a short online meeting about the goal, data, and constraints—free of charge and without a sales presentation.
  4. Proposal sets out stages, an indicative estimate, and timing. We usually start with a smaller gated stage so that you can see results before committing the full budget.

Read more about the way we run projects on the process page. If a brief is not practical now, send two sentences through the contact form; we can complete it together later.
