Online stores and WooCommerce

We design WooCommerce stores and custom sales systems with payments, delivery, and integrations selected for the business model.

fromPLN 8,000

Four rectangular steps light up in sequence and lead to a payment diamond, with a lime shortcut arc above and three integration hexagons to the right
A purchase path stripped of unnecessary steps and connected to the systems that handle an order after payment.

An online store is a sales process, not only a catalogue and a payment button. We design the route from product discovery through payment and fulfilment, then connect the systems that make the order operational after checkout.

When WooCommerce is enough-and when it is not

WooCommerce is a good choice for standard products, established editorial management, and teams that need to operate a store themselves. We recommend a custom sales system when the purchase process is itself the advantage: configurators, quotes, subscriptions, B2B rules, unusual pricing, or high performance requirements.

What we cover

The scope can include information architecture, product and checkout experience, WooCommerce or custom implementation, payments, deliveries, inventory and accounting integrations, migration, redirect mapping, order testing, analytics, and operational documentation. We design mobile-first and test the path that actually creates revenue.

What you receive

  • a store or sales system matched to the agreed business model;
  • integrated payments, delivery, and selected operational systems;
  • tested product, cart, payment, and post-payment flows;
  • migration and redirect plan where required;
  • handover, documentation, and agreed maintenance path.

Delivery starts from 8,000 PLN. Cost depends on product variants, integrations, payment methods, and custom sales functions. If the underlying system must change first, see WordPress migration to Next.js or custom applications.

FAQ

Which payments do you support?

We integrate, among others, PayU, Tpay, Przelewy24, Stripe, and PayPal. Deferred payments and delivery services are selected after checking country of sale, currencies, and the specific operator’s requirements.

WooCommerce or a custom store?

WooCommerce fits standard sales where you want to launch quickly and manage the store yourself. A custom store fits non-standard processes—configurators, quotes, subscriptions, B2B pricing—or when scale and speed affect revenue.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Yes, after analysing the source and data scope. We migrate agreed products, customers, and orders and map redirects for old URLs. We do not guarantee rankings, but reduce risk through testing and monitoring.

How long does store delivery take?

A WooCommerce store usually takes 8–12 weeks including design, implementation, integrations, and order tests. A custom system is delivered in stages after scope is closed.

Do you help with terms, taxes, and legal compliance?

We implement technical elements arising from agreed requirements, but do not replace a lawyer or tax adviser. Appropriate specialists supply or approve policies, terms, and sales rules.
