About

Condictor is a small design and technology studio from Gorlice, Poland. We started with brands and websites; today we build applications, automations, and AI systems. The scope has changed, but the principle has not: we take responsibility from understanding the problem to a working implementation.

What more than a decade of experience means here

Behind 140+ delivered websites and implementations are projects of varying scale—from identities and company sites to search engines, reservations, sales, and custom tools. Not all have public outcomes, so in the portfolio we clearly separate verified results from a description of the scope.

We have worked for companies and organisations of different sizes that needed a focused solution rather than a large delivery structure. Our product and technical capabilities are also shown in the laboratory, through systems we maintain and develop ourselves.

Who is responsible for the project

Maciej Szukalski leads Condictor and is responsible for product direction, architecture, and delivery quality. In practice, that means a short decision chain: you speak with someone who understands the requirements and can turn them into a working system.

He has designed and built digital products professionally since 2014. Before that, he created graphic design for marketing and advertising; later he worked with WordPress, design, SEO research, and search optimisation. Today his strongest areas are architecture and research, with a focus on applications that combine automation and intelligence and on R&D projects.

Public examples of that path include the Puppily platform under development and Life Architect. In parallel, Maciej is developing a private analytics tool that is still under construction; its name, architecture, and operational data are not disclosed.

We use AI assistants and multi-agent work in implementation, but product decisions, change review, and responsibility remain with us. Every stage has a result and acceptance condition; the full model is described on the process page.
