Product discovery and implementation planning
We turn discovery workshops into scope, architecture, staged plan, and estimates for a specific product or implementation—a decision document ready for pricing.
fromPLN 3,000
Discovery and planning turn a promising but uncertain idea into a decision-ready implementation plan. Before building, we make the goal, users, scope, architecture, dependencies, risks, and acceptance conditions explicit.
When it is worthwhile
- The project has many assumptions, stakeholders, systems, or potential directions.
- You need a defensible decision for management, funding, or an internal team.
- You want a credible estimate before committing to full implementation.
- Existing processes and data must be understood before a product or AI system can be designed.
How we work
We review materials and current process, run focused workshops, map users and decisions, and define the first useful scope. Then we prepare the solution architecture, data and integration assumptions, milestones, estimates, acceptance criteria, and named risks. Unknowns remain visible as assumptions or short technical tests; they are not hidden under a falsely precise price.
What you receive
- a concise problem, user, and scope definition;
- architecture, data, integration, and security direction appropriate to the risk;
- a staged delivery plan with milestones and acceptance conditions;
- estimates with assumptions and risks;
- a document you can take to any implementation team.
Planning starts from 3,000 PLN. A focused workshop normally takes one to two weeks; a full plan with architecture and estimates usually takes three to five. If we deliver the next implementation stage, the planning cost is deducted from its estimate.
Our AI-assisted build workflow shows the same discipline in our own work. Describe the starting point in the brief.
FAQ
How long does it take?
A discovery workshop with a direction document usually takes one or two weeks. A full design with architecture, staged plan, and estimates takes three to five weeks, depending on scale.
What exactly do I receive at the end?
A decision document: scope, solution architecture, stage plan, estimates, and named risks—specific enough for management to make an investment decision.
Do I have to build with you afterwards?
No. The outcome is yours and can be implemented with us or another supplier. If we build together, the planning cost is deducted from the implementation estimate.
How do we know your planning has value?
We planned this website with our own workflow: old-content distillation, brief, implementation plan, then code. We can show a real brief and plan structure as an example of the result.
Is the build price final after planning?
Planning materially reduces uncertainty but does not eliminate it. Estimates include assumptions and a margin; integrations that cannot be checked without access are marked as risk or a short technical test.
