Brand visual identity

We create logos and visual identity systems with typography, palette, usage rules, and files ready for websites, applications, and brand materials.

from PLN 6,000 - pricing depends on: identity-system scope, number of logo variants, breadth of the brand book, and number of material templates

Visual identity is a system of recognisable brand elements and rules for using them: mark, colour, typography, composition, and key media. Its purpose is not merely a “nice logo”; it lets a team and later suppliers create consistent materials without guessing every time.

When you need it

  • You are launching a company or product and need a brand before showing it to the world.
  • You have a logo, but every material looks as if a different company made it.
  • You are repositioning the brand and need a system that carries the change through every medium.
  • The current mark works in one format only and falls apart on a small screen, in print, or in one colour.

What makes up an identity system

We select the scope around the places where the brand genuinely works: a primary mark and variants, clear-space and size rules, screen and print palettes, typography hierarchy, composition or image rules, examples of use, and templates for commonly used materials. A small business may need a shorter guide, provided it contains the decisions required for independent work.

What you receive

  • source files and exports in agreed formats;
  • a brand book or concise system guide;
  • colour values, typography styles, and digital-product rules;
  • selected medium templates and a handover session;
  • rights scope and a list of licences in the documentation.

A full visual identity with a brand book costs approximately 6,000–20,000 PLN. A smaller scope—logo and core rules—usually falls between 2,000–6,000 PLN and can be commissioned through graphic design.

How the process works

We begin with strategy and use cases: what the brand is, whom it serves, what it should be associated with, and where the mark will appear. We present several justified directions, select one, test it at small and large scale, then develop the system and documentation. Decision makers and revision rounds are agreed at the beginning, so feedback relates to the brief rather than private taste.

From identity to a digital product

We hand over decisions in a form useful to an implementation team: colour values, typography styles, mark variants, and contrast rules. When we also build the website or application, these elements move straight into interface components instead of being recreated manually from a PDF.

FAQ

Do the rights to the mark transfer to me?
The agreement states the transferred rights and fields of use. After settlement, we deliver the agreed rights, source files, and print and screen versions so the mark can also be developed with another supplier.
What does a brand book include?
Logo variants and usage rules, clear space, minimum sizes, colour values for print and screen, typography, examples of correct and incorrect use, and templates for key materials.
Do you print materials?
We design and prepare print-ready files but do not operate a print shop. You order printing from a supplier, while we can protect the specification and check the file before delivery.
I already have a logo—can you build a system around it?
Usually. We assess whether the mark is clear and versatile enough, and say honestly whether it needs refinement or whether a system can be built around what already exists.
Does identity include website or app design?
Not automatically. Identity supplies brand rules and key examples of use. Design and implementation of a website or app are estimated separately, though we can run the stages as one coherent process.
